Cyber Security Training Programme for Women.

Accelerated learning pathway

The Cyber Software Academy for women is a 10 week programme designed to prepare women for a career in Cyber Security.
The programme is open to women of all levels, any technical or career background including returners to tech. This is for women of all ages who are looking to begin or change to a career in Cyber Security. Each cohort of women will be guided through an accelerated learning pathway to help them secure a role as quickly as possible after their training. The Cyber Academy is free to all those eligible for DV clearance.

Cyber Security training

The Cyber Security training programme has two study options: Option 1 is a 10 week fully remote course with one week modules. Option 2 is a part time fully remote course (over up to 40 weeks). Both options cover the same content:

  • Agile Foundation
  • HTML5/CSS Fundamentals
  • Javascript Fundamentals
  • Pandas/Numpy Introduction
  • Secure Coding Fundamentals
  • Security Fundamentals 1
  • Java Fundamentals
  • Security Fundamentals 2
  • Certification preparation

Who the Programme is for and what it takes:

The Women In Cyber Academy is for motivated women keen to learn and passionate about working in the tech sector. You’ll need to be eager, tech-curious, a flexible thinker and you have to be ready to start full-time training.

Prior to completion we’ll be opening up conversations with industry around opportunities for you and support you with interviews and engagement with the technology sector. We have clients ready and waiting for students completing the course. The TechTalent Academy team remain on hand as your coach and mentor for another 12 months, to ensure you are settled into your new role.
